W dzbanku wymieszać 100 ml soku z selera i 100 ml niesłodzonego soku z marchwi. W mikserze zmiksować 1 cebulę, nieduży korzeń pietruszki (drobno pokrojony), posiekaną zieloną cebulkę (trybulkę) i sok cytrynowy. Zwalniając obroty dolać maślankę, potem wszystko dokładnie wymieszać z sokami jarzynowymi, doprawić solą i białym pieprzem.
